Was loving it. Now no data can be entered. I have turned off my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Get a message no matter what I do “Something went wrong. Try again later.” It doesn’t work anymore. I want it to. Love it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Couldn’t get past creating account *2025-02-20* I was really looking forward to trying the app after seeing it mentioned in one of the videos. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get past creating an account. Put name, email and phone number in, click next….nothing. Didn’t take me anywhere. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it so many times that I’ve lost count. Every time I try to open it crashes. I have asked for help and haven’t gotten any. I thought maybe it was something with my iPhone, then I put it on my iPad, and it crashes there too. I guess I’m just going to throw my hands up in the air and call this one a loss. ### 1/5 — Was Amazing, When It Worked *2023-01-30* Loved the App and the ease of logging of all my checks. Now, it constantly flashes, “something went wrong try again later”. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App and it’s still doing the same thing. Now to delete and reinstall, I will lose all of my data. Was five star, now two. Looking for another app now. ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2023-02-07* I like the concept of this app. That said, I had 2 messages from one of the coaches, however the app would not let me send a reply to either message. I contacted support and all they said was explore the app. Not good service on the part of SugarMD. I will be deleting this app shortly.
