It was suppose to be a surprise for my husband but they delivered it at night around 11:30 pm when all program was over, yet I was happy. But when we opened the gift we were surprised to see they messed up with multiple orders, gave wrong one and didn’t give many of the products that I ordered and also paid for. I informed them immediately and they said they’re gonna refund me. But even after nearly a month there’s no refund. After weeks they responded they haven’t charged extra saying the invoice was adjusted but I’m shocked how such a business company could lie for some few thousands of money!!!! I have all the screenshots of the receipts and my bkash payment statements, I have sent them all. Even after such trickery I’ve been polite enough and asked them to recheck but there’s no response from their end. I’ll definitely tell my friends and family to avoid this sugary app for gifts. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience with Sugary - Avoid at All Costs! *2023-11-18* I recently used Sugary’s gifting service to surprise my fiance on her birthday, and the entire experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Despite my heartfelt intentions, Sugary managed to turn what should have been a joyous occasion into a complete disaster. Firstly, the gift arrived significantly late, missing the intended delivery date on my fiance’s birthday. Not only was the timing a major letdown, but the condition of the gift box upon arrival was utterly unacceptable. The wrapping was haphazardly undone, glasses were scattered throughout the box, certificates and letters were scratched, chocolates were completely smashed, and various items showed signs of damage such as damp spots and scratches. What’s worse is that Sugary’s lack of attention to detail tarnished the thoughtful efforts and plans I had put into selecting and sending the gift. My fiance, who eagerly anticipated the surprise, was instead met with disappointment and frustration due to Sugary’s irresponsible handling of the delivery. The Spotify frame was broken, another frame had dampness issues, Nutella jars were scratched and broken, and the entire box was covered in glass shards. It’s disheartening to witness the result of my careful planning and consideration being ruined by the sheer incompetence of Sugary. Upon raising my concerns, Sugary’s initial response was an empty promise to send the “same fresh gift box” at their cost. However, this was nothing more than a deceptive gesture, as they only sent a glass frame and a box of chocolates, failing to fulfill their commitment. When confronted about this, their customer service took a shocking turn. They not only refused to rectify the situation but responded with unprofessionalism and rudeness. Their dismissive attitude, refusal to acknowledge their mistakes, and threatening tone in response to a legitimate complaint are indicative of a company that lacks integrity and customer care. Furthermore, the threat to share our conversations on social media demonstrates a complete disregard for customer privacy and highlights Sugary’s unprofessional conduct. In summary, my experience with Sugary has been a complete disaster. From late deliveries and damaged goods to unfulfilled promises and disrespectful customer service, Sugary has proven itself to be a company that is more interested in deflecting blame than addressing the legitimate concerns of its customers. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear of Sugary – a company that has not only failed to meet basic standards of service but has also demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2023-10-26* This app is a complete disaster. It doesn't even let me sign up or log in, which are the most basic functions of any app. My experience with it has been beyond frustrating. From the moment I downloaded the app, I was met with an impenetrable wall of issues. When attempting to create an account, the registration process consistently fails, leaving me stuck at the starting line. I have specifically written, stated, entered, and made completely clear that this was an anniversary gift. Yet the card sent to my receiver had “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” written. I do not understand the point of so many options of personalizing if basic instruction cannot be followed. This is not a small mistake. Such unprofessionalism is not expected from a shop like sugary gifts. They could not ensure what was specifically ordered and paid an expensive amount of money for.
