## What is Suggst?

Autosuggestion: The hypnotic or subconscious adoption of an idea which one has originated oneself.

Create your very own hypnotherapy using your own voice or the voice of Siri in English.

How to Use:
- To type your own suggestions go to the Suggestions tab and tap on the plus sign,
- To record your voice suggestions go to the Record tab,
- Tap on a suggestion, then hit play to start a loop,
- To set the loop interval tap on the stepper,
- Mix your Suggestion with ambient music at the Ambients tab,
- Stop every currently playing Suggestion and sounds in a future date with the Timer.
