This software, inexplicably decided on a day I was in a rush to stop using Face ID and lock me out. When trying to reset it asks for name, DOB and a code. No problem I hear you say. The UI doesn’t give any indication as to what order for DOB, what character set and to my horror it wasn’t saved in my passwords on iPhone. Now I can still use the Suica but can’t charge from Apple Pay as I can no longer get in.
