Have not been able to access the app. Searched everywhere online for customer support contact but found none. Would still like to sign up if the team can help fix the error please? ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2018-04-18, version 1.2.5* I try to log in with my Facebook and it keeps processing and never logs in then times out. ### 1/5 — This app is a con. Do not pay for the upgrade! *2016-11-24* I paid $60 to get upgraded "VIP" status on this app which you absolutely need to use it since it's completely limited in the free mode. The upgrade did nothing and the app continues to ask me to pay and upgrade again. There's basically no support except to reply to the introduction message which I did 5 days ago. No one got back to me and my account is still not upgraded. The app seems like a great tool but in reality it's a con for your money. Buyer beware! ### 1/5 — do not pay for vip *2016-08-13* I paid for one month of VIP on this app. A waste of money. Even if I had not purchased VIP, I would not recommend this app. It is just a waste of your time. There are VERY few users (at least in my area) and you repeatedly get matched with the same people every week or so. In addition, when I contacted customer service about this, I never even recieved a response. So horrible site and horrible customer service. Two thumbs down. ### 1/5 — Deleting. *2016-07-05* This app is the worst. Downloaded it with major excitement in hopes that it's different and the idea of filtering potential dates was appealing. NOTHING loads. Get daily notifications for "daily suitrs" but have yet to see anything. Everything gives me a loading icon or is completely blank. Even upgraded to VIP thinking it would solve the issue - it didn't. The cherry on top is that "Delveen" never responds and there's no one to contact for support or troubleshooting. Such a dud. ### 1/5 — Not happy *2016-05-30, version 1.2.5* Nothing loads, the developers never responded to my message about the loading issue. ### 1/5 — This app is a scam *2016-04-23, version 1.2.5* I attempted to deactivate my account as soon as I downloaded the app. They do not reply to customer support emails, and continue to bill for unwanted services. ### 1/5 — None *2016-04-09, version 1.2.5* I disabled my account months ago and it is still showing active. When I select disable it won't save. Pretty basic stuff but a real problem. ### 1/5 — Do not pay for this app *2016-02-28, version 1.2.5* It is extremely buggy and actions as simple as checking your 'likes' never work. There isn't even a button where you can report bugs or get in touch with the developers. Bottom line: Definitely a waste of time and $. ### 1/5 — New Version of Suitr *2016-02-28* I am a VIP member of this app. This upgrade is terrible. There is no way to organize any of the Suitrs by former app descriptions such as, "attractiveness" or "recently online." You can only search for Suitrs in one of three cities and only within a 50 mile radius. There is no option to select all cities, or extend the parameters of the search. In order to look at the Suitrs, one person shows up on your screen at a time and you have to scroll to continue to see other people on the site. If you click on someone and you "like" them, and then try to go back to the scroll, it starts all over at the beginning again. When you go to the page to see who you "liked" or who "liked" you, it gets stuck and doesn't scroll back to the previous page. These are just the issues I found thus far on Sunday morning, February 28, 2016. The new version was launched three days ago.
