My account has been restricted for days over a £10 transfer, leaving me unable to properly access my own money. I’ve contacted Suits Me repeatedly, provided the information they’ve asked for, waited for the Safeguarding Team to contact me, and chased them multiple times. I was eventually told by an adviser that their automated system had restricted my account and that the issue had been escalated to Safeguarding. I’m still waiting for it to actually be resolved. Trying to get help is ridiculous. Long waits, constantly being told to wait for another team, and no clear timeframe for when you’ll actually regain access to your money. If you’re considering using Suits Me, my experience is enough for me to say stay well away. A financial service shouldn’t leave customers unable to access their money for days while they chase support for answers. ### 2/5 — Several Issues with the Card *2026-08-18, version 16.0.4* I would like to report several issues that are causing significant inconvenience when using the card: 1. Apple Pay / Digital Wallet The card cannot be added to Apple Pay. This feature would be very useful, especially in situations where we need to be in wet environments, such as swimming pools, saunas, and similar places. In these situations, we are forced to carry the physical card, which creates a risk of it getting wet and damaged. 2. Contactless Payments Another recurring issue is that payments made using contactless payment are frequently declined. This happens quite often and makes it difficult to use the card conveniently on a daily basis. 3. Beneficiary Registration for Bank Transfers It would also be important to increase the amount of space available for entering a beneficiary’s full name when registering a new account for transfers. Many people have long full names, and the current field does not accommodate them, resulting in an error when trying to complete the registration. I kindly ask that these issues be reviewed and, if possible, resolved, as these are important features that would make the card more practical, reliable, and convenient to use. ### 1/5 — Worst bank around! *2026-08-17, version 16.0.4* Awful bank and awful customer service from them! Been waiting almost a month for help regarding a £50 transaction! No one gets back to you, they ignore emails and ignore the online chat and never answer the phone, had me on hold for 4 hours, I’ve had an online chat open for 3 weeks and still didn’t get an answer!! Have been asking to close my account by phone and email for over 2 weeks, told to cut up card but 4 weeks later logged in and noticed account is still open, luckily I transferred all my money out of this account in time. This company does not comply with GDPR regulations or requests. My advice don’t keep a lot of money in the account if you use this e-money provider.
