## What is Suki?

Suki is a voice-enabled, AI-powered digital assistant that reduces physician burnout by reducing the documentation burden and improving access to information. Imagine being able to create perfect medical notes in less than half the time simply by talking to Suki just like the consumer voice assistant you have on your phone.

Suki uses advanced AI and machine learning to power a true digital assistant that can create perfect medical notes, access information or issue other commands. Suki is for doctors, nurse practitioners and other medical professionals, and it is so much more than a regular clinical transcription or dictation service. Here are some examples of how you can use Suki:

“Suki, what is my schedule today?"
“Suki, create a followup note for Jane Roberts"
“Suki, add to history. Today patient’s pain is much improved."
“Suki, the physical exam was normal"
"Suki, show my unfinished notes"

On average and based on time motion studies, Suki users spend 76% less time creating clinical notes and save up to $30,000 per year per physician on transcription costs. Doctors also spend less time in their medical record system looking for information.

Suki gets better over time by learning more about your individual speech patterns and medical practice. In addition, we frequently release new features and functionality.

There are no set up costs. Implementation takes minutes, not hours or days. And, you get a dedicated account manager located in the United States.

This is what our users say about Suki:
"Suki is like electricity, once you have it you can't imagine going without it”
"I love Suki, she helps me get my notes done faster and I don't have to type"
"The notes are so accurate, I don't even have to review them word for word. I know they are perfect and I trust Suki to get it right”
"Even if the product didn't improve from it's current state, it would still be better than Dragon”
"Things are going great and I think that the metrics done of my completion of charts and time involved will be impressive. I know I am happy with the extra time I get back.”

### 5/5 — Helping me document better

*2026-01-27*

Works like magic, now my documentation work, does not feel like work

### 5/5 — Light years better than a scribe

*2025-09-22*

I’ve been using SUKI now for approximately 4 to 5 months with significant time savings And enhanced information gathering with new patient and follow up evaluations. I highly recommend this app!

### 5/5 — Cardiologist

*2025-07-29*

Excellent product. It made my transition to Epic EMR seamless . I like the fact that my notes are unique as I can fine tune them before sending them to EPIC . I wished I had access to this software 30 years ago!

### 5/5 — Can’t go back

*2025-05-20*

Review
I have been using this Al scribe for the past year and honestly I don't think I can ever go back to writing notes the old way. Intuitive to use, excellent support and seamless integration into Cerner Powerchart. The note generation is super fast too.

### 1/5 — Useless in oncology

*2025-02-20*

I have been trying to use this forward for the past month working with the Suki team to improve my notes. It rarely recognizes the drugs I am discussing. The notes are generic and repetitive. Most of the details of the visit is omitted. It often puts things that should go into the assessment and plan in the HPI because the AI cannot tell the difference between myself and the patient. I would not recommend this platform to anyone. There are for more advanced ambient AI apps out there that do a way better job.

### 5/5 — Accurate and saves time

*2025-02-16*

Suki has dramatically improved my clinical day. At baseline I was already proficient and efficient with charting but still spent too much time typing and dictating to get notes done. I previously used a virtual scribe that was accurate but delayed by several hours. In steps Suki with near instant note completion and additional features for patient care. Now I’m saving time and money compared to virtual and in person scribes. I think this an essential tool for all clinicians to free up their time and spend more face to face time with the patient.

### 5/5 — Excellent Digital Assistant

A very easy to use app which is free from clutter. Can help to organise a physician’s life by taking care of schedule and assisting with note creation using reliable speech to text. Single click to the EMR. Just amazing!
