Very simple to understand and implement. Amazed at how it has helped me communicate with myself for motivation to create empowering habits. For example I have a daily warm-up workout which is easy to do but would also be easy not to do. Has built over the yesrs but today was about 2 hours and this was my 858th consecutive day. If you told me to do it before implementing SULADIO I would have said “never going to happen.” Thank you for helping me create a life by design.
