Terrible app, Terrible customer support relating to the accounts. We have had a loyalty account from since 2010 only to have our phone number removed when they switched to this new Kanzee card system. Tried several times to correct the problem through support and at the store, ended up with Sultan assigning a new Kanzee card number and OTP still not being received on the assigned phone number. Tried correcting the info myself through the app again and it still fails. What’s the point of all this loyalty program and it is useless? I also now have a physical loyalty card with a different number (the old number). The whole system is just so messed up !

يرجى اصلاح ذلك

For a respectful chain like Sultan Center it takes long time to load god I hate it
And when I finally order after like an hour half of my order would not be delivered cause it’s out of stock which means YOU SHOULD SAY ITS OUT OF STOCK IN YOUR DISASTER APP

I downloaded the app and I was registering my new account and I entered my phone number, I was supposed to get OTP via message and I wasn’t getting any sort of message from Sultan Center. Disappointing.

عمركم وحياتكم لا تشترون من التطبيق في شناعة غير طبيعية بتوفير الموارد وكانهم يجيبون الموارد المتعفنة والمخزنة بطريقة غير صحيحة وصاير لها فترة طويله عندهم بالمخزن بحيث تصل الي العميل وهي متعفنة حتى الحليب معفن الغلب الاكل الذي قمت بشرائه كان متعفن وهو لا يزال فيه مدة صلاحية على الانتهاء مايقارب شهرين الي ٣ وفوق هذا الموارد التي يقومون باحضارها تكون اما ناقصة او نفسها مع اختلاف المنتجات والاسوء ان السعر لااااااا ينطبق ابدا على مايتم شراءه اون لاين فلا يقومون بسترجاع القيمة المدفوعه الاصلية وكذلك فاتورة تكون ناقصة وموارد اكثر من الفاتورة وهذي تعتبر لي ٣ مرة اقوم بالطلب من مركز سلطان اون لاين واواجهه مثل هذي الشناعه بالتوصيل لطلبات اول مرة منتج تجميلي لازاله العرق متعفن ومستعمل قد تم احضاره لي والان اكل متعفن واسعاااار خاطيء صفر تقيمي ولن اكرر الشراء مرة اخرى من هذا التطبيق لعدم نزاهه تجميع الموارد السليمة للعملاء والصحيحة

Placed order and last minute notification day of delivery that order was delayed several days. Order was for around 25kd and only 9kd was actually available even though everything in stock. No update list of what is coming till order comes.

Wasted 3 hours trying to order 
After reaching the delivery slots that’s showed my order has zero kd I select a slot and end up in the payment page where I place the order but the app tell me to enter shipping method which I did and it takes me back to the cart . This kept on happening until I was unable to order al all slot were unavailable .
In addition when u save a shopping cart to a list and later retrieve the list to add back to the cart the item quantities double for every item
The app can not handle the load in these times and still needs lots of fixings 
What a waste of 3 hours last night unable to place an order

I am very disappointed with the recent experience using the Sultan app. The cashback is low, and the offers have been weak and not appealing at all lately. It feels like the value of using the app has significantly dropped.

What made things worse is the loyalty program. Despite being in the Elite tier, I received a message saying:

“You are about to move back into the previous tier: EXPLORER. To keep your current tier and continue enjoying all its exclusive benefits, shop for 67 KD, either online or in-store, before the month ends.”

This feels unfair and frustrating. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, the app is pushing them to spend more just to maintain their status, even though the benefits themselves have declined.

Overall, the experience has become disappointing, and unless there are improvements in cashback, offers, and the loyalty system, it’s hard to justify continuing to use the app.

Glitches and removed all of my products in my cart several times after i spent so much time and effort trying to find them!

You need to check your branch in Promenade Mall. 1. The items are always out of stock. Spoke to the manager many times with promises of them restocking- and then nothing happens. Fresh Minced beef hasn’t been available for more than 3 weeks. Lentils haven’t been available for more than 6 months. Nada greek yogurt has been put of stock for 2+ weeks, and the list goes on.
2. Prices in this branch are higher than your other branches. When I complained they told me this Sultan is “Premium”. It isn’t premium with all the rotten vegetables&fruits you sell!! Also prices are higher in this branch than your online shop. Even after complaining to the indian manager nothing was changed. If this isn’t fixed someone will call the inspection, it is not right to your consumers to do this. 
3. The staff they employ in Promenade branch are very nosy and often times overstep the boundaries of asking personal questions to their customers.

الأبلكيشن جدا فاشل وأغلب البضائع غاليه وتأخير موطبيعي بالتوصيل مثلا حاطين لي التوصيل بين ٤ الي ٧ المسا وبعدها غيروا التوصيل صار من 10 مساءا الي 12 الصبح 
نصيحه لاتدفعون بالبطاقه خلوه كي نت عند التوصيل حتي عند إلغاء الطلب ترجع الفلوس بعد 3 او 5 أيام عمل  
أداره جدا فاشله للبرنامج للأسف

The customer’s support reply late they take more than 10 minutes to reply to your messages  
I made an order on 3pm and the time is now 7:33pm and I never got my order they just told me my order will arrive between 7-10pm which means it will take 8 hours to arrive that’s really terrible
