Baixei o app e ele me deu 3 dias de teste. No primeiro dia consegui transcrever o áudio de 1h numa boa, no segundo dia ficou dando erro e tive que recorrer a outro meio para conseguir fazer a transcrição de um novo áudio e deixei o app pra lá. No terceiro dia, o app debitou $40 do meu cartão. Tentei usar o app pois é uma finalidade para trabalho então, me seria útil. Mas, segue dando erro em todos os áudios, ele carrega metade do áudio e na sequência aparece uma tela de erro. Ou seja, estou pagando por uma ferramenta que não está fazendo o que preciso.

I am disappointed to report that after a few attempts to transcribe YouTube videos, I have had zero success getting transcripts. Easy decision to NOT subscribe. Sad, because I was expecting the app to help me save time and was ready to switch from otter.ai
