Часть записи не транскрибируется, при этом пропадает из аудиофайла часть записи, которая не была транскрибирована. Т.е. ее невозможно даже прослушать.

Nowdays so much of handling errors where i cannot transcribe the recording and totally wasting my time for like 3-4days and its happening multiple times. I am on latest iphone 14 pro. Please fix this as i have subscribed monthly and its causing a lot of trouble

Normally it works beautifully, but for the last couple of days I haven’t been able to get it to upload anything. I’ve been using it for months with great success, but now it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried emailing for days to try and solve the problem, but no response. I wish they’d respond to my queries.

Non so. Di per sé l’app è valida, ho fatto una trascrizione (quella gratuita) e non è male. Richiede un abbonamento dopo la prima trascrizione.

I used the app for a whole year without many problems but I had trouble after renewing my subscription. It would upload but failed to “handle the file”. After an email to the support team SUM AI is working properly again. I am very pleased with the quality of the transcription.

This app is amazing when it works. Lately though, I keep getting handling error messages on my transcription. It’s frustrating as there is no direct way to contact anyone to resolve the issue within the app.

It might be time to get a new app. I need consistency. There will always be systematic issues with every app but it’s how a company deals with them keeps a customer.

Baixei o app e ele me deu 3 dias de teste. No primeiro dia consegui transcrever o áudio de 1h numa boa, no segundo dia ficou dando erro e tive que recorrer a outro meio para conseguir fazer a transcrição de um novo áudio e deixei o app pra lá. No terceiro dia, o app debitou $40 do meu cartão. Tentei usar o app pois é uma finalidade para trabalho então, me seria útil. Mas, segue dando erro em todos os áudios, ele carrega metade do áudio e na sequência aparece uma tela de erro. Ou seja, estou pagando por uma ferramenta que não está fazendo o que preciso.

I am disappointed to report that after a few attempts to transcribe YouTube videos, I have had zero success getting transcripts. Easy decision to NOT subscribe. Sad, because I was expecting the app to help me save time and was ready to switch from otter.ai

No hace bien el texto y hay palabras mal escritas que hacen que pierda el sentido. Aparte es de paga y no tiene nada de malo, pero solo te deja hacerlo una vez y luego te cobra. Ósea mejor ya pon la aplicación como para comprar envés de ponerla como gratis

I’ve tried a lot of AI transcription and summary apps, and Sum AI has become one of the tools I use almost every day. As technology evolves and I work with more video content, having a fast and simple way to capture ideas is incredibly valuable.

I love that I can record a quick video when inspiration strikes, upload a video from someone teaching me something, or even capture random thoughts while doing dishes, walking, or working. Whether it’s business ideas, project concepts, book titles, websites, supplements to research, places I want to visit, songs I want to find later, or anything else that pops into my head, Sum AI helps me organize and revisit those ideas without losing them.

I use AI extensively for research, information gathering, knowledge management, and content creation, and Sum AI fits seamlessly into that workflow. The app is fast, easy to use, and saves me a tremendous amount of time. If you’re constantly learning, creating, researching, or collecting ideas, it’s an excellent tool to have.
