## What is SumaCAM?

Glanshield（グランシールド）の「スマ見えCAM」シリーズの防犯セキュリティカメラ※１に対応したスマートフォン用アプリ（APP）です。
従来の煩わしいWIFI設定とカメラの登録が本アプリだけで行えます。スマートフォンのWIFI設定画面を開く必要がありません。
１）外出先からカメラのライブ映像をスマートフォンで確認することができます。
２）カメラに収められた撮影動画を再生して確認することができます。
３）動体検知録画で動きを検知したときに撮影開始と共にお手元のスマートフォンへお知らせする機能があります。

iphone12でアプリから、カメラの映像を見たくても、カメラが接続してるWiFiでしか見れない、外から違う接続では、オフラインになって接続できません、何度もカメラを再起動、再設定したがダメなので、アプリの不具合だと思う。

外部からは繋がらなくなった
外から見れないと意味がない

家に帰るとオンラインになるのに、外出先からアクセスすると「接続中」のまま４台とも動かない。
それ以前にも「オフライン」になることが多すぎる。
LANケーブルで繋いでいるものも同様。
早く対処して欲しい。
