The structure of the game means that dealing with these concepts become intuitive when solving the puzzles. As a result the app enables deeper learning and understanding of these concepts. Do not buy unless you are nerd. If you play a longer level, the block moves really slowly like it’s stuck in an infinite loop somewhere. For as simple as the game is, it’s also rather large. Makes me wonder what this thing actually downloaded on my phone... ### 4/5 — Fun for kids and adults *2021-07-28, version 1.5* This game hooked my 8 and 11yo math and puzzle-loving kids to the extent that when they needed to understand logarithms to progress to the next level, they asked me to explain them, and were able to use them to solve the mazes. One point off because this is more practice/logic using skills you already know - if you don’t know how powers or logs work, there isn’t much in this app to teach you. Lots of fun and very satisfying as each level is completed. It would be great to see "SUMAZE GCSE" tackling the new 9-1 syllabus. MEI always great with educational products. The Mechanics series of textbooks are, in my humble opinion, the best available. I'm in year 9 and managed to complete it in 12 hours. When you complete the game it should unlock a new thing that allows you to create and submit new levels.
