## What is Summio?

AI note taker for in-person meetings and lectures. Summio records on your phone, transcribes the audio with every speaker labeled, and gives you notes ready to use: a summary, decisions, and action items with an owner and a due date. No bots and no video call add-ons: it works in the room, where the meeting happens.

FOR
• Team meetings and client meetings.
• University lectures, classes and trainings.
• Interviews, seminars and workshops.

FROM A MEETING
• A short summary.
• Decisions, and who made them.
• Action items, with owner and due date.
• Open questions, disagreements and key moments, each linked to its minute in the recording.
• The next meeting checks which action items were done, moved or not mentioned.

FROM A LECTURE
• Summary and key concepts with their definitions.
• Examples, and what will be on the exam.
• Review questions that come back every few days, so you can study without rereading everything.

WHAT MAKES SUMMIO DIFFERENT
• Speaker labels in in-person recordings, not just in video calls.
• Works in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Italian: pick the language in the app, and sessions in that language are transcribed and summarized in it.
• Custom vocabulary: names of people, companies and products that the transcript spells right.
• Fix a speaker's name once, and it stays for future sessions.
• Mark a moment while recording, and jump back to it with one tap.
• Search any phrase across all your sessions.
• Folders to stay organized, and share a session with another account.
• The same sessions on your Mac or PC with the desktop app.

CLEAR PLANS
• Free: 1 hour per month, enough to try a full meeting or lecture.
• Weekly, monthly or annual, with a 3-day free trial. The monthly price is shown upfront.

PRIVACY
• Audio is used for transcription and then deleted. The transcript and results stay in your account, and you can delete them anytime.
