I’ve tried desktop view and reinstalling. Every other menu item works except Bill Payer. ### 3/5 — Face / Touch ID *2021-04-14, version 2021.091.1* Latest update (04/2021) removed support for Touch ID and Face ID. Please bring it back! ### 2/5 — Facial recognition not working *2020-12-29* I have tried many time to enable my facial recognition back on my app. It was working before but stopped working out of nowhere. Logging in ### 3/5 — Face ID *2018-09-25* When you choose to use Face ID to unlock it just goes to a blank screen and closes app. So had to pick another option. Other than that everything else works. ### 3/5 — Finally Touch ID! Great update but buggy. *2016-01-19* The new update is sleek and professional. It finally allows you to use Touch ID which is a huge bonus. My only complaint is the apps lack of updating balances and transactions correctly. My app shows an incorrect balance and fails to show me any transactions. The balance and transactions have not updated in days (since the update). ### 2/5 — Crashes *2016-01-14* Can't even log in completely before it completely closes. Not usable. ### 3/5 — Solid App *2013-12-04* It may not have all the bells and whistles, but it does what I need. The ability to remotely deposit a check via my phone is my favorite feature.
