Tells me to check my details and to try again later. This is my 5th attempt this week.. I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded and still won’t let me sign up. ### 2/5 — Unable to set up my login *2016-04-29, version 1.0* Our salon owner was notified through our Summit mentor that we now have access to this app. I'm very excited to have this on my phone! However, I've been unable to get the app to allow me to log in after setting up my account. I've requested password help but it won't allow me to get past the login screen with the temp password. Verification email never came but I got forgot password emails just fine. Then it would tell me my information was wrong. I wouldn’t wast your time with this app ### 1/5 — Lost all data *2023-10-22, version 1.1.3* I have used this app for years! Four days ago, I went to enter my end of day data like I do every day that I work, and everything was gone! I tried logging out to log back in, and it tells me that I have never been a user. I have emailed support two times and never gotten a response back. Extremely angry about this and the lack of response. ### 1/5 — Stopped loading *2021-05-21, version 1.1.2* Was working great. Now I can’t see any totals and it won’t load at all. I tried to delete and sigh in again but now I can’t get past that page either. The tracker only shows cosmetologist services where you can enter totals in for. Could be a nice and easy fix I’m sure. Just frustrated that summit pushes this team beauty industry but only focuses on the hair side of things. It’s very frustrating to feel so insignificant in the program and then the resources we are told to use just reinforce it. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2018-08-13, version 1.1.1* Loved using the app for the few days it allowed me to.
