In all honesty, it’s actually really good app. Most of the people in here are just too old to understand how to use it.

Decent app if you’re the administrator on the account but for standard users non admin doesn’t have access to snapshots images which makes zero sense to me I already called them about this not that is going to do much. Being hypothetical here but what if I was renting out to somebody and they don’t see who it is without a snapshot there’s no logic 
The signal is average thankfully we have manual keys for it and hopefully there’s some improvements

I began having issues with my phone randomly calling people from my contacts about 7 months ago. Today I deleted the app. I tried to FaceTime my husband from my phone to his iPad and it kept connecting to Summit instead. It’s supposed to be just a gate app. No company should have that access to my phone. Obviously hacked!

This system is a recent “upgrade” for my neighborhood. The app keeps crashing so I get a white screen and no options to open the gate. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone with no resolution.
