## What is SummitTraining?

Summit is a training platform built for powerlifting. Squat, bench, deadlift — programmed, logged, reviewed, and taken to the platform.

FOR ATHLETES
• Follow your coach's program or build your own — blocks, weeks, and days with RPE, percentages, and top-set/backdown schemes
• Log sessions with plate math, warmup ladders, and a rest timer built for heavy singles
• Attach video to any set for form review
• Track e1RM, volume, and PRs across every lift
• Daily readiness from sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate via Apple Health
• Claim your OpenPowerlifting meet history and see your competition record alongside your training

FOR COACHES
• Build and assign programs, or import existing spreadsheets from Google Sheets
• Review completed sessions set by set, with video annotation for form feedback
• Roster dashboard: readiness, compliance, and flagged sessions across every athlete
• Weekly check-ins and direct messaging, including voice notes

MEET DAY
• Attempt planning with Okay / Good / Reach paths for all nine attempts
• Live attempt tracking, warmup timing, and DOTS scoring

Works with Apple Watch as a rest-timer companion. Training data syncs to Apple Health.

Built by a coach. For lifters who are already doing the work.
