The staff is friendly, and the food is always great. However, I find the auto relocation feature for pickup very inconvenient. After placing your order, the app relocates your order to the branch nearest to you, regardless of where you initially chose to pick it up. Worst part is you can’t change it unless you call the branches to let them know. The auto relocation feature defeats the purpose of making you choose where you want to pickup your order. The rewards consist of the items least in demand and I had coins deducted even after cancelling an order.
