This app is perfect for long distance couples. One thing I want to suggest is improving the UX. There are so many fun features but it is quite hard to find them. For example, I got a  notification that my partner opened a gift, but when I tapped on it, it just took me to the main page of the app and now I have no idea where to look for it.

But the ads are getting longer and longer and it bothers me so much that eventually makes me not want to use this app anymore…some ads I need to wait more than 40 seconds which is ridiculous. I understand that you need to put ads in the app but please make it shorter

this app is very cute and interactive, and the ads aren’t inherently bad as that’s just how things are..but the questions are almost always negatively implied. the app can definitely improve its general setup, which its main focus is on the questions; they’re negative, rather than cute or insightful. amazing app! but please have better and cuter questions, so this app can be perfect

かれこれ3年くらい有料ユーザーとして使ってます。
質問機能が楽しくて2人して使わせてもらってます。

ただ改善していただきたいことが2点あります。

1点目
たまもんにご飯をあげるとポイント的なのが貰えると思うのですが、たまもんが毎回微妙にご飯を残すのが気になります。
せっかくご飯をあげてるのに残されると正直ご飯をあげたくなくなります。

2点目
ご飯をあげてるのに「うーん今日は違うものが食べたい」とか言われると「え、じゃあもうご飯あげないけど？」と大人気なく思ってしまいます(本当に大人気ない)

これがペットとか子供ならまた違う感情になるかもですが、エンタメを提供するのであればもう少しご飯をあげる=ユーザーのエンゲージメントを上げる行動に対して前向きなフィードバックを与えるようにたまもんに躾ておいて頂けないでしょうか？？

その他は特に不満はないというかめちゃいいと思います！

안녕하세요 썸원을 n년째 하는 유저 입니다. 최근 업데이트에 너무 실망한 나머지 업데이트 전으로 돌려주셨으면 해서 리뷰를 씁니다. 일단 댓글 기능이 디엠처럼 바뀌었잖아요. 그거 너무 불편합니다. 전 걸 보려면 한참 올라가야 되죠.허허.. 저희는 댓글을 꼭 하는데 몇 주 기다려서 결과물을 보니 정말... 전이 훨씬 나요 전은 한눈에 보기 좋았다구요! 다음은 메모 기능입니다 그 메모 다시 방에 붙일 수 있게 해주세요. 메모를 구매하는 이유가 없어졌어요. 그다음은 반려몽 옛날 옷 기능입니다. 옛날 옷을 터치해도 옛 반려몽 착용샷을 못 봐요. 그거 왜 이렇게 업데이트를 했는지.. 별롭니다. 전 기능이 휠씬 좋아요ㅠ 그리고 그 썸원 만족도 조사는 왜 전에 작성했다고 제출을 못 하게 합니까? 이것도 고쳐주세요! 마지막으로 업데이트해 주셨으면 하는 기능은 댓글을 오타 수정할 수 있게랑 상대방이 입력하는지 보이는 것, 이모티콘 사용 가능하게 업데이트해 주세요!! 긴 글 읽어주셔서 감사합니다 개선될 수 있게 힘써주세요!!!

遠距離恋愛の彼とお互いの事をもっと理解できればいいなと思い、半年前から無課金でコツコツ利用しています。
使い心地はいいですよ。お互いの事いっぱい知れて話題のネタになりますし、たまもんも可愛いし、メイドイン韓国なのでたまに変な訳の質問が届きますけどそれもまた面白くて続いています。
1点だけ非常に残念なことがあります。タイトルにも書きましたが、通知をオンにしているとうるさいんです。というのも、今日の質問が届いたことや相手がその質問に答えたかどうかなどが通知で分かるようになっているのですが、その通知をオンにしていると不要な『新作の家具をチェックしてみよう』だの『イベントに参加してみよう』だのやかましいものまで届くんです。今日も『何で彼に反応がないのか聞いてみよう』みたいなのが届いてました。
私は必要最低限の通知以外オフにしていて、このサムワンの通知だけいらないものまで結構頻繁に届いてウザったいので設定で変えられないか見ましたが、変えられるのは「マーケティング情報」の通知だけで、こういうアプリ内の通知は消せません。
それが無ければ最高でした。

サムワン使い始めてもう数年経ちます。遠距離だった時から、今同棲してて結婚する予定の彼女と、ずっとサムワンを楽しく利用していました。
2人で質問に答えるのがとても嬉しくて離れてても心がﾎﾟｯとする感じw

ただ、最近はちょっと思うところがあります。
このアプリの本質は2人で毎日質問に答えて、それぞれどんな回答をするのかを2人で見るっていう点にあると思います。
それ以外の要素について、やり始めた時はちょっとお部屋飾れてとか、軽いけれど2人でかわいく！みたいなのが手軽でよかったのに、卵が成長だ〜石がどうだ〜etc〜

変なもの増えすぎ！！！！

質問答えて、彼女がどんな回答したのか見るのが楽しくてこのアプリを使ってるのに、なんで卵の育成要素を全面に押し出すねん。
もっと目立たないところに配置とかならいいんやけど、質問答えるまでに育成要素の画面が何個も何個も出てきて、毎月のレポートとかこっちが勝手みるからいちいち出さんでええねん

本質を見失ってるように感じる。
少なくともこちらとしては質問に答えて、それを共有するアプリとして利用してきたから、もちょっとそっちを目立たせて欲しいです

Firstly, I do love this app, and I think it is a fantastic way to keep the love going in our relationship. I feel somewhat disheartened by the latest update, as now even nudging is locked behind ads. You used to be able to nudge, now you have to watch an ad before nudging even once. It just feels like everything in this app is locked behind a paywall or ad and it sucks sometimes.

다름이 아니라 저번 업데이트 과정에서 댓글이 채팅으로 바뀌었는데 아쉬운 점을 말씀드리고 싶습니다.
예전에는 특정 질문을 골라 해당 글에 대한 댓글을 구경하기가 용이했으나, 채팅 기능으로 바뀐 이후 최신 메시지들만 추적이 가능해 오히려 과거를 되짚어보기 어렵고 사용하지 않게 되었습니다.
따라서 이에 따라 채팅 기능을 해당 질문과 클릭 시 연동되도록 업데이트 하거나, 기존 댓글 기능을 원상복구하는 것을 요청드리는 바입니다.
항상 즐거운 질문과 어플 개선을 위해 노력해주셔서 감사합니다.

질문도 이상한 거 많이 나오고 최근 업데이트 전부 별로예요 (하쿠런 두쫀쿠 책갈피추가 부화의방 캐릭터추가 새로운테마 등등… 진심 전부 별로) 특히 댓글때문에 짜증나죽겠어요 댓글 정말 애용하던 기능인데 언제 복구되나요 2025년 4월의 버전으로 다운그레이드 할 수 있다면 정말 하고싶어요 그정도로 너무 별로고 그 때의 썸원이 그리워요 헛짓거리하지말고제발,제발 하던거나잘했으면좋겠어요제발….제발….

Llevo jugando esta aplicación con mi novio aproximadamente 3 años, cambiamos de teléfonos y ahora no quiere entrar a nuestra anterior cuenta, hemos intentado todos los métodos posibles, con Facebook, con google y siempre nos manda a una cuenta nueva, si ponemos nuestro anterior código dice que es inválido, así que nada muy mal por su parte, y no vamos a volver a empezar desde el principio después de 3 años avanzando, saludos.

3년 동안 잘 쓰고 있었는데 올해부터 너무 이상하게 바뀌네요. 다른 건 다 그렇다 해도 남들 연애 고민 같은 거 올리는 건 뭔가요? 남들 연애 안 궁금해요. 없애고 싶은데 없어지지도 않네요. 연인과 둘만의 공간, 진솔한 답변을 위한 앱에 이런 기능을 도입한 건 도대체 무슨 생각인지 모르겠어요. 지금까지 질문한 게 아까워서 삭제 안 하고 있었는데 이젠 진짜 들어가기도 싫네요. 
익명의 대화가 오가는 건 그 목적이 무엇이든 변질되기 마련이라 생각합니다. 새로운 기능을 개발하는 것이 힘들고 어려운 건 알지만 앱에 어울리는 기능만 도입해 주세요.

I was one month late to when you removed Sumone Gold, but I've been a user for years before that with Sumone Gold on a different and old couple account. Even though I contacted you to negotiate this, there was no room to talk about a lifetime purchase of Sumone Gold anymore. I find this truly heartbreaking as someone that's been a user for a long time, and yet there's no concession for even someone like me.

My fiancee and I have been using this app for a long time now and have ~600 answered questions. We love it and it is a great way for us to connect and share more about each other.

The only thing I wish was a bit different was the pebble (currency) ratio. We have the VIP membership and have answered so many questions, but we hardly own any of the furniture/clothing/etc. and almost never have pebbles to buy things. I just wish things were a bit more affordable, or we were able to earn more pebbles. I feel like we’re unable to take full advantage of the features and designs available because we can never afford them.
