Don’t buy the camera. It won’t work. ### 1/5 — Server Exception. Try another time please. *2021-12-16* This product is terrible. I got a new phone and installed that app. No matter what I do I’m met with, ‘Server Exception. Try another time please.’ ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time or money *2018-08-04* Sumpple support is a joke. I’ve had a problem with my camera and I’ve been emailing back and forth FOR OVER 2 WEEKS and they still haven’t helped me. The only way to contact support is by email and you’ll be really lucky if they get back to you within 2 or 3 days. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wish I’d spent my money elsewhere. I’d honestly give them no stars if I could. My iPhone 8 software isn’t letting me play music to the camera... since that’s one of the reasons I bought this I am upset. ### 1/5 — Love it..when it works. *2017-07-23* We stopped getting notifications. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it hoping it would fix the problem, but now when logging into my account, I get a "server exception" error message telling me to try again later. FIX THIS!!! Update: they did get everything working again but now a month later, the cam is down again!
