This app is no longer working because the server hasn’t been updated. Don’t buy the camera. It won’t work.

This product is terrible. I got a new phone and installed that app. No matter what I do I’m met with, ‘Server Exception. Try another time please.’

Sumpple support is a joke. I’ve had a problem with my camera and I’ve been emailing back and forth FOR OVER 2 WEEKS and they still haven’t helped me. The only way to contact support is by email and you’ll be really lucky if they get back to you within 2 or 3 days. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wish I’d spent my money elsewhere. I’d honestly give them no stars if I could. And the lack of reviews here shows you that this is not a quality product.

Since 2 days, I am loosing the camera list. :(

We stopped getting notifications. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it hoping it would fix the problem, but now when logging into my account, I get a "server exception" error message telling me to try again later. FIX THIS!!!

Update:  they did get everything working again but now a month later, the cam is down again!  Emailed the company and did get some dialog going but it has stopped and nothing is fixed.

Use to be 4 options under camera view. Now I only get music and the snap/record/call one. No camera movement or set views anymore.  Go with a better company like nest...this is going into the garbage

I like this app but I’m having issues. My iPhone 8 software isn’t letting me play music to the camera... since that’s one of the reasons I bought this I am upset.

I like the product itself, however, I have been trying to work with the customer care department to fix one issue without success.  When I email, their response seems to not understand my issue.
