I set up the account needed to fulfill the training forms, clicked on the link and… nothing. A giant white screen with an error message with no options to troubleshoot or anything. I’m losing my patience with this and am getting to the point where I’ll buy a super expensive laptop to be able to do this garbage. I don’t have a computer at home so I rely on my brand new phone to get me through this and this app is fighting me harder than the Germans in Stalingrad. In-app links force you to a screen where you are told you are "navigating to the app" and then it freezes the screen. Cool I'll navigate from the app back to the app. It's useless. As soon as I download the app, every single CBT says that I have to go on the desktop to load the trainings. I thought the whole point of having the app in the first place is so that we can do our trainings on the go. What’s the point of downloading the app if we can’t use it then? ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-05-04, version 29.2* Wound up in an endless loop where I could not proceed without creating a pin but couldn’t create a pin because it said I had to enable lock screen. Avg -5 *2022-01-20* Every time I get a training via email and am stupid enough to try and use my cell phone to access it all I get is a endless circular game of download the app request then the app opens and then I open the app which sends me to the same damnable page to download the app. When I enter my email it goes “Whatchu talkin about Willis” your email isn’t registered. Well then how can I do this, crap training nonetheless, from my laptop? App is trash and should be deleted. My solution is to open my company link on my cell phone, then in my web browsers options I select “request desktop site” and just do it from the desktop version…and somehow, my email works just fine this route. I open my required courses, a second window opens in which an error screen appears and no course can be seen. I close this window, open the previous window and it asks if I completed the course in which I obviously select “yes” for wasting my time and the course is off my to do list. I didn’t learn a thing but I’m compliant nonetheless. Thank you SumTotal, easiest courses I ever took.
