It keeps looping. The app always seems to be an issue probably on the backend. I hope the people that manages the app is doing ok. Life happens so I understand. I just felt a bit embrassed depending on my accumulated points. ### 1/5 — Spam emails *2026-09-20, version 6.5.0* After signing up, I started getting spam emails ### 1/5 — Creepy app *2026-09-11, version 6.5.0* When i registered, it tried to read my CLIPBOARD DATA that had personal medical information. I'm sorry, WHY do you need this? Creeps. They dont care. Only about their profits... ### 1/5 — No option to delete account *2026-08-03, version 6.5.0* I signed up before but since i dont use this account anymore I tried to delete my account as I want my data wiped too in their system but couldn’t even find any delete account option and the only way to do it by emailing etc. even then there’s no option to change my phone number. ### 2/5 — App Rewards Are No Longer Valid *2026-07-28, version 6.5.0* I went to GB Fish and Chips. The Fivestar app reflected that I was eligible to receive a free fish and chip meal by redeeming 8 points out of the 12 points I received for visits to the restaurant. However, when paying I was informed that I would only receive a $1 discount for every $10 spent and that the points in the app are no longer valid. It appears from other reviews that similar situations are happening to other clients at other places. Will you be updating the app any time soon? Otherwise, the Fivestar app is useless. ### 1/5 — unable to login anymore *2026-07-19, version 6.5.0* It never sends a verification code to my email on the website and it doesn't allow me to login anymore on the app. They glitched the phone number in the app so I can't punch my number in at checkout and I can't update my phone number on the website sooo...this happened in the last four months. Idk I guess no more discounts eh ### 5/5 — I love this store *2026-07-09, version 6.5.0* Has the best selection. Great prices friendly workers. They text you coupons too!!! ### 1/5 — Refusing to delete personal info *2026-06-04, version 6.5.0* Sent a data deletion request with my accounts linked info, email and phone. Yet they refuse and instead require me to verify my identity despite the fact I reply from the very same email address linked on the account. Clearly a scummy company obsessed with stealing, collecting and tracking customer data. Do not use. ### 5/5 — READ *2026-05-23, version 6.5.0* Put 5 stars hoping people will read. The entire system at the stores has been changed and they never updated the app!!! If you have free stuff think again!! It got me today when I tried getting a free item from the vape shop!! This app is no longer void!!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2026-04-21, version 6.5.0* Can’t even get a code when I submit my phone number. I decided to give it a second chance and still cannot get a code sent to me. Ridiculous ## Frequently asked questions about SumUp US ### What does Fivestars do?
