Even when all of the right information is submitted, it’ll still come up with an error & will lock me out of my account. Always have to end up calling to regain access. And you really need it to extend the limits on transfers. You should let customers set their own limits for payments. If I want to pay for a table and it’s $3000 and I want to use Zell I should be able to do that. Or if I want to pay a bill I shouldn’t have to break it into three different payments to keep it under your imposed limits. ### 1/5 — I would expect more from a credit union. *2020-07-26, version 3.0.5409* Not a very professional bank. There are a couple of great tellers at the bank. Nice people, but could improve on their professional skills. The only reason I bank with them is because it’s close to my house. If I didn’t have an auto loan with them, I would have closed my accounts. I wish there was a way to let me know what atms near me actually work before wasting time and gas driving to 2 locations just to see they aren’t in service. I also wish there was a way to get texts alerts when my card has been used. I have used other US banks with some negative experiences. That has not been the case with SCFCU. When anything “wrong” has happened, tellers and managers have been able to resolve the situation in my favor, regardless of whether I am in the US or away.
