I don't see any other way to know the boarding time, thus I do not know the boarding time, only the departure time. ### 2/5 — Won’t work *2026-03-27, version 1.2.7* This app is a piece of junk. I downloaded several different times and it still won’t work. Do you think the airline would be able to build an app that could actually work for its passengers? ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE App *2026-02-03, version 1.2.6* Every time I open the app, the screen blinks constantly, like it’s continuously refreshing. If I actually manage to input my login information, it throws a system error. The email link to check-in opens the app which is completely useless. It would be nice if customers had a way to actually check in for flights. This seems like the primary reason to have an airline’s app. It worked fine up until the end. Then I had to acknowledge the hazardous material whatever, but the button to do so was below the size of my screen and there was no way to scroll down on the modal. Maybe fix this so you can complete the check in process on smaller phones. Not everyone has an iPhone XL3000 ### 1/5 — App not working *2025-11-10, version 1.2.4* The app hasn’t been working for the last three days. ### 1/5 — Should you trust an app this bad with your payment info? *2025-11-09, version 1.2.4* Doesn't integrate with keyboard (cursor is flashing, where's my keyboard?). Doesn't integrate with password manager (app gets confused about whether I'm logged in to password app or not, asks for my password managers password, uh no). ADs are endless, but hmm... they made that work! If they can't do the basics, why would I trust them with my payment info? ### 1/5 — Terrible App. *2025-10-12, version 1.2.3* The gate number that it ended up showing on the app is straight up wrong. The gate did not even exist at the airport. I also got delayed but the app was unable to tell me how long the delay was or when the new boarding time was. Not to mention the app crashes all the time and is unable to check you in. ### 2/5 — Sketch *2025-10-05, version 1.2.3* Of the all the airlines I’ve flown on, I would describe Sun Country as “ratchet.” The stewardesses are always great. Probably the best employees they have. Only reason for the extra star but anyone you meet at the counter will be big and empowered. Won’t care about your lost items, lost luggage, bad experience or any extra charges they will make you pay. Be wary ### 1/5 — Most pathetic excuse for an app ever. *2025-09-21, version 1.2.2* Simple just doesn’t work. Doesn’t function ever. Like ever. Has never worked for me. ### 1/5 — Skip the app *2025-09-11, version 1.2.2* The airline overall is enjoyable especially for a budget option. The app on the other hand is a waste of space on your device. Mediocre interface and many features just don’t work. Can’t view flight bundle details, half the buttons on the UI don’t even work, and can’t upload recently purchased tickets to view in the future. Whoever you have in development needs to go… ### 2/5 — No Auto Fill *2025-09-09, version 1.2.2* Incredibly frustrating that the app doesn’t utilize Apple’s auto fill features. Especially for credit cards and even my login info for the app. It’s usually just faster and more convenient to book a flight on my phone using a web browser because at least all my auto fill information will appear. There is also a really frustrating auto correct feature in the destination and arrival airport text fields. If I type in an airport code, the app auto corrects it to a word. My airport is MSP, but when i type it the app corrects it to Map. It’s small silly stuff. But when it stacks up, it makes the user experience frustrating and not worth it the extra time it takes. ### 1/5 — App *2025-08-17, version 1.2.1* I downloaded the app so I can review everything before my trip. Worst travel experience of my life. ### 1/5 — App glitches at the most important time *2026-07-12, version 1.2.9* My app stopped accepting my password despite it being changed at that moment. I was at immigrations and had to let 6 people go ahead of me. Now as I prepare to go home, it won’t show me anything. It just keeps blinking aka glitching on steroids. If Sun country wants to expand further, this needs to be handled and updated often. Now I have to get to the counter for a paper boarding pass like it’s 2003 when I took my first ever flight. And I have an iPhone 15 pro for reference ### 1/5 — Unable to book a flight *2026-05-27, version 1.2.8* When I selected depart airport and arrival airport, and pressed search. No result showed whichever airport I select, after the loading icon emerged. ### 1/5 — Spirit did it better *2026-05-10, version 1.2.7* This airline SUCKS and so does the app. Airline keeps delaying flights and then they cancel. What a sit sow. Also the app says terminal M??? Where the airport only has A,B and C. The app also keeps crashing. Just aint it. It tells me that my password has been successfully reset, but when I go to enter it, it tells me something went wrong, try again. I am 100% sure, I am putting the correct password. There is no button to click that says I understand about the hazardous materials. It’s beyond frustrating. They answer their phone and are helpful over the phone. They send text messages and emails. I know exactly what’s going on.
