The user interface when it comes to student tickets is far from friendly. It’s overall cluttered. And the tutorials they have posted online to aid in using the app, don’t even work. I have followed them directly and have been unable to get my student tickets because the button I have to press next ✨simply isn’t there ✨. The app makes you create multiple different accounts for different parts of the app. (I.e. you need an ASU account for some things, a game day app account for other stuff, and a ticket master account to get tickets.) The app also spams you with promo ads and has a a hard time doing anything useful.
