Awful app, constantly crashes—was told by an office that after getting a loan, my online banking would be available in a few months. Forcing organizational traits to not appear within account overview. ### 2/5 — Pretty but buggy *2015-09-04, version 5.0.0* The login process is an annoying, three-step process even once I’ve successfully gotten the app to remember my device. First click to say I want to log in (the reason I’m opening a banking app pretty much every time — why not have the login on the first screen?), then enter my username, then a different screen to enter my password. Most banking apps remember my username on a trusted device, so I just enter my (very secure) password on the first screen. And the check deposit feature crashes every time when I take the photo on my iPhone 4S (presumably because the app uses more memory than the device has). The presentation of account information and history is clear enough, as is transferring between my Sun Federal accounts. It would be nice if Sun Federal supported online ACH transfers from external institutions; I’ve never had a bank or credit union that doesn't. ### 3/5 — New update *2021-10-02, version 3019.0.0* Since the new “makeover” it will not allow me to see transactions on my credit card.
