Introducing Sun Metro OnDemand, an ADA Paratransit app designed for eligible clients seeking convenient, on-demand transportation. Our service ensures origin to destination rides, utilizing small buses with hydraulic lifts. Additionally, private operators with regular vehicles complement our fleet.

What we're about:

ACCESSIBLE: 

For LIFT approved clients, it ensures hassle-free travel for ADA paratransit-eligible clients. From specially trained operators to door-to-door service, we're committed to enhanced mobility.

 

EFFICIENT:

ADA users experience curb-to-curb convenience, extending ¾ mile beyond fixed routes. Complimenting Sun Metro's public transit, LIFT provides efficient service throughout El Paso. 

For Microtransit users, it provides seamless connection between fixed route hubs
