The video freezes every 10–15 minutes, and then suddenly resumes by skipping ahead. This completely ruins the viewing experience, especially during live content. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Regards, Team Sun NXT ### 1/5 — Worst streaming experience ever *2025-12-06* Sun NXT has become completely useless. Even after selecting High Quality, the app barely gives 144p-level video clarity. The picture is always blurry and pixelated, no matter how good the internet connection is. On top of that, the forward and backward options don’t work properly. If we try to click continuously to fast-forward 4–5 minutes, the app simply freezes or jumps back to the same spot. It’s extremely frustrating to use. Overall, this app feels outdated, slow, and not worth the subscription at all. Regards, Team Sun NXT ### 1/5 — Very Very Bad *2025-09-09* The Entire app is very bad, it’s extremely slow, many glitches and crashes multiple times. The experience is very disappointing. Very few movies are available for free, there are no refunds, and even the premium has 2 20 seconds ads every 15 minutes. For a Non-Refundable package which doesn’t have an option for 1 month, but the lowest is three months, for ₹300, to have ads is extremely upsetting. Not to mention the very low options even with premium, I cannot chose a specific language of movies which I prefer. Also, it has a bug where it doesn’t let me watch on my TV even thought it has up to 4 devices streaming at a time. Adjusting video playback is quite difficult—it either skips too far ahead or rewinds too much, making precise control nearly impossible. Why would anyone pay to watch ads in the first option? And why is there only two options for subscription? Tho you guys have a good collection of movies, the way you put it out for the users feels so cheap. Especially the app's UI. The worst I’ve ever seen. And at the end when I got frustrated with all and wanted to delete my account, the app didn’t even let me do it. Why should I enter OTP at the end when I wanted to delete my account? What kind of dumb dark pattern is this? Please change the subscription model so that you get more customers. And please hire a UI UX design team to cater the app to customers' needs. And please help me with deleting my account. ### 5/5 — Very good quality & reception of the programs . Do not take it programs are very good. *2024-04-27* You telecast useless & dirtiest கன்றாவி TV Serials and spoil and kill a lot of poor & middle class families of TamilNaduர and loot huge and hefty money in advertisements during such programs. To hide and to get salvage you distribute merge donations to schools and hospitals and fool and cheat the general public of TamilNadu. Same on you. As a satisfied subscriber to sunnxt, I appreciate the high-quality content you offer. However, the viewing experience could be significantly enhanced by enabling Dolby Vision on iPhones. Dolby Vision technology delivers a superior HDR (High Dynamic Range) experience with exceptional brightness, deeper blacks, and a wider color gamut. This would allow viewers to enjoy sunnxt content with even more lifelike visuals and a truly immersive experience. I understand that iPhone models starting from iPhone X (released in 2017) boast displays capable of supporting Dolby Vision.
