Then one day app acted like I was on free trial and would not restore pro version. Really sucks when you’re in the middle of nowhere in the middle of a workday and need to use an app you paid for. Und ich muss sagen der Widget ist unglaublich hässlich und ich denke man könnte viel daran verbessern, auch in der App das ganze schöner zu gestalten könnte nicht schaden, auch wenn das natürlich nicht die Priorität so einer App ist. ### 5/5 — Superb Sun app *2025-03-04* This free app is excellent for knowing sun angles at your location. It also calculates light that appears prior to sunrise and after sunset. This has allowed me to plan walks in rural areas knowing how long there is workable light. For ease of use for my purposes, and overlaying Google maps because the railroad tracks are relatively east to see, this is hands down the most user friendly app! The golden hour is also calculated. Many international locations can be entered enabling you to know where and when you can make vitamin D. The angle at solar noon is crucial for this. I used this to plan the location and dates of holidays. More detail about the exact amount of sunlight is calculated with the D-minder application that I use in combination with this one. The golden hour give indication when sun gazing might be safest. This is also valuable for photography. Invaluable for anyone concerned about their circadian biology and the importance of seeing sunrise and sunset daily. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback.
