## What is Sun Safety Timer?

Know exactly how long your kids can safely stay in the sun - before they burn.

SunFamily calculates a personalized safe sun time for every member of your family, based on their skin type, sunscreen, and what they're doing outside. When time is running low, you get a named alert - "Time to reapply on Emma" - so you can act before sunburn happens.

Most sun safety apps are built for one person. SunFamily is built for families. Add everyone - yourself, your partner, your kids - each with their own skin type and SPF. Every person gets their own burn-time tracker and countdown. The app always watches for whoever is most at risk.

PERSONALIZED FOR EVERY SKIN TYPE
Choose from 6 skin types for each family member. Children automatically receive stricter limits - children's skin is more sensitive than adults', even at the same skin type. Safe time is calculated individually, not as a group average.

ACTIVITY-AWARE TIMERS
A beach day burns faster than a park walk. Water and sand reflect extra UV. Sweat reduces SPF effectiveness. SunFamily adjusts safe time based on what each person is actually doing:

Even without an active session, SunFamily shows you real-time UV index for your location, today's temperature and sunrise and sunset times, the safest time window to be outside today, a 7-day UV forecast so you can plan ahead, and UV high and low alerts throughout the day.

LOCK SCREEN WIDGETS
See each family member's remaining safe time on your Lock Screen. Tap to mark sunscreen reapplied without opening the app.
