No one could help me get into the app so that I could reserve a tanning bed or ketchup on specials or whatever until I came in today and they needed me to sign paperwork on my computer for you guys well I could not get into my app. I never have been able to get into my app and no one has ever taken the time to help me get into my app so that I could do these type of things so they had no choice, but to stop and help me get into the app and finally after some frustrating minutes, they did get me into the app nine years though really this is the kind of customer service yeah?????????????????(?( ### 1/5 — False Advertisement *2026-08-21* I purchased a special $5 spray tan with expiration date August 23rd. The Ad said NOTHING about having to use it the same day it was purchased!! The clerk said that many people had complained about that as they had lost their money too, but she still would not do anything about it or make it right which I think is poor customer service on your part as a business! Poor sales or marketing if they haven’t fixed the AD yet!? How many times to we lose out before you see this and get it changed?
