I used this app many times in the past and worked perfectly. I wonder if city council runs their IT dept. probably - just like they run the city. Ha!! I submitted my review at 6am, before my review it was at 1 star, I gave it 1 star then all of the sudden it’s showing they have a 2 star rating overall all the sudden.
