## What is Sunbathe?

Getting enough vitamin D is crucial for proper functioning of the body. However, half of the population has insufficient levels of vitamin D.

This can lead to various health problems such as osteoporosis, cancer, depression, muscle weakness or even death. And obviously, we don't want that for you.

Vitamin D can be obtained through three methods: sun exposure, diet, or supplementation. Can you guess which method is the best?

If you chose method one, you are correct.

With this goal in mind, we have created Sunbathe—a simple application that addresses the following questions:
