I read a review from 2 years ago! And it’s still not fixed, this tells me that you do not care about the customers. We should be able to log on with no issues “Network Error” everyday. No one to contact to resolve the issue, My Family and I, might be looking for a new credit union if this isn’t taken care of as of yesterday! We don’t play around about accessing our funds. I’m so frustrated with this banking app!! Since the most recent update, it says “network error” every single time I try to log on to check my account. I can’t even use the actual banking website to log on to check anything. This bank is starting to be a joke. The team who created the mobile app really missed the mark on this update. Please fix it SOON. This new app is absolutely terrible! The version previous to this was easier to navigate, and I could deal with it better even though it always stalled or force quit. Please do something about this. They have no social media presence anymore because how crap their customer service is and constant issues. This really needs to be fixed! ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-11-17* Do not use this app do not use this bank unless you love dealing with issues 100% of the time the amount of network errors is crazy there’s some days I can’t even access my funds or just see how much I have in the bank because the apps updating or networks down the apps usually slow I just deposited money into my account while I still had 50 dollars left in my account went to a gas station tried buying drinks and it declined while I had 50 dollars in there most frustrating bank I’ve ever used and don’t try calling you’ll just be put on hold and told there’s nothing they can do about most issues my fiancé ordered a debit card and it took 2 months just for them to reorder it cause there was some mistake unless you have to use this bank for work like I had to do do not use this bank ### 1/5 — Worst App Worst bank *2025-09-11* They have the most network issues ..when the system down you CAN NOT USE YOUR CARD ANYWHERE . I was traveling out of state and they locked my card I couldn’t get gas or nothing thankfully I had other cards on me ..Im switching bank immediately because I travel too much to be walking around with a card that declines when they system down …be better off taking cash ### 1/5 — Never works *2025-09-11* Not only does the app never work but their whole banking system shuts down all the time. Since day one I’ve had no problem logging in with my Face ID. Every now and then my app freezes but never for long. They have added the cloud deposit back to the app and pleased to have it back. Every part of this bank has went mobile for the most part. Not only you can’t check your balances or make transfers but neither can they. When the app is down the actual bank is too and they can’t even access your money. At this point it’s time to move my account to a more reliable bank and I have been with this bank for 20+ years! ### 2/5 — New update is BAD! *2022-07-27, version 22.2.9* The previous version was MUCH more user friendly and you didn't have to key in password every time you open it because it used facial recognition. And now you have to answer security questions for EVERYTHING. For what? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I already keyed the password in. 🙄 Not liking this at all.
