Shouldn’t have to manually login every single time, maybe require password when paying but excessive login requirement

Don’t waste your time with this app. Either call in or use the actual website. I can never complete a reservation on the app and it always gives me an error message of “Sorry we got our wires crossed…”. Latest update didn’t fix anything.

A customer should be able to navigate this Sunbelt Rental App easily, but there's a lot of bugs in this app and it doesn't confirm any rental dates availability for you. It doesn't allow you to do an automatic fill of your credit card information from a new iPhone which is 2005-ish bad coding. Made a phone call to the local rental place and of course they said they had three available of the equipment I was looking for and the app said it had none available for that day. Using the app is a waste of time, just make the phone call.

I just updated the app. The new one is less useful than the old one. Adding equipment to the cart is a roulette game. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.
And I usually get the “sorry! our wires got crossed” error. Cute, but not helpful.

If getting the right tool for your job to be  done on time is important then Sunbelt is not the place for you
