Went on app to update phone number. Clicked on edit phone number. Wants to text or call OLD phone number to verify me. How idiotic and asinine can you be. How can I get a verification at an old number that I no longer have. I can no longer see the “insight,” which shows me right away what is my current balance even after making payments right away. Now I have no clue and guessing myself. About 2 months ago, my bank account mysteriously unlinked itself and now I can’t relink it. I can’t even delete the account. Because even though it says unlinked, the payments are still auto drafted. We’re standing by to assist you. ### 2/5 — Can’t Schedule payments . *2026-02-22* This app doesn’t give you any options where you can schedule payment in advance. And for me that’s an inconvenience. Cause sometimes people forget to make their payment . If this app has a feature where you can schedule like 3 payments in advance, this would be helpful. Just like every other credit cards platform does. So I don’t like this one at all . And i have debts on many other credit, and this one is the smallest one. But just because of lack of payments conveniences , i have to let it go by itself monthly. And schedule like 2-3 payment in advance for my other accounts . And when i pay off my other accounts i will continue to use them . But this one , when i pay it off , if i remember . I will throw it somewhere so i can forget about it. What's the point of having face login if you have to re-enable it all the time? Then it won’t let me out and I have to uninstall. I won’t be reinstalling until there is feedback you have fixed this bug. Have to keep deleting entire app, then restart from beginning to return to previous page! AWFUL ### 1/5 — No payment *2025-09-16, version 2.4.28* They don’t offer a pay thru app feature and only give you reasons why but don’t fix…. ### 3/5 — I dislike the latest update *2025-09-10* Before the app was updated, I used to be able to see how much per month I was paying down on my loans, along with the date in which the payment would go through. But with the latest update, the only thing the app tells me is how much I owe left on a loan and how many payments are left. I have to manually click on every loan to review the details now, and it’s super annoying. The app was so much simpler before the update. ### 2/5 — APP OVERSIZED FOR MY PHONE *2025-09-04, version 2.4.28* Every time I try to make a payment on my phone I can't because the app is too big to show the final part of the transaction where I would approve the payment. My virtual card keeps getting locked if I make a transaction. Useless, a credit card is meant to be used! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Limited payment methods unable to use bank account *2026-08-24* I’m preparing to make my first payment with Sunbit, and I was informed that I would be able to make a payment directly from my bank account using my checking account information. Unfortunately, I’m not seeing that option in the app and am only able to use a debit card. This is inconvenient because I prefer to pay my bills from a separate checking account rather than from the account connected to my everyday debit card. I would really appreciate the ability to link a checking account with an account and routing number and manually make payments from that account. That would make managing payments much easier and more flexible.i hope this is a feature Sunbit plans to add in the near future! ### 1/5 — Would give a higher review if bank would add correct and stay connected *2026-08-06, version 2.6.33* Title explains all plain and simple ### 1/5 — Worst CC Provider Ever *2026-05-27* I’ve never seen a worst credit card company. They decline every transaction, their support is utterly useless and lies to you, and they try and collect every piece of data they can. They’ve asked me to send my utility bill 3 times now and I have done so every time just to get no response. Now they want my social security card, pictures of me holding my ID as well as my ID, and a bank statement FOR NO REASON. They’re a scam company attempting to collect as much data as possible and when you confront them about this they’ll hang up or disconnect from the chat. AVOID THIS COMPANY. It STILL doesn’t allow you to schedule payments AND the lock card feature has disappeared. ### 1/5 — Sunbit is a waste of time. *2026-03-04, version 2.6.7* They are so rude when calling for customer service. They use phrases like “all of you guys call asking the same thing “ . We aren’t the same we are customers without us “you guys wouldn’t have a job” I can’t wait to payoff “this company “ because I won’t use them again. ### 1/5 — beware *2026-01-23, version 2.5.14* The interest is not flexible, even if you’ll try to pay it off as fast or as early as possible. They bake their interest as a total amount, something you should consider. I learned it the hard way. ### 1/5 — Your app just does not work- *2025-12-20, version 2.5.5* I try to sign into my account with the email I signed up with at Ollies and the PW I signed up with and SAVED to this iPhone-says no acct with this information-I try to reset my password, put in email and last 4 of social hit continue and guess what takes me right back to the sign in screen.this is not the first,5th,10th nor 20th+ time I’ve tried to access my Ollies account-I spent OVER 2 hrs at one point with CS trying to resolve this. I have tried the website-I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app 5+ times, I have turned my phone off and on too many times to count-it is a iphone13—-so what is the problem here that no one can seem to figure out? I reported it and was told they are working on it but it’s still broken. I reported it again and was told to uninstall and reinstall and that didn’t work. One of the best !!! *2026-06-11* Opened an account with them and got help to pay my vehicle auto payments off and paid them off and got offered a credit card with them, took it immediately and my credit score got better and better as long as I made my payments on time and paid when I was supposed to, they actually gave me a credit increase today which I’m supper happy about !!! Until an emergency visit to the dentist required more money than I had on me and the dentist suggested I apply with Sunbit I initially declined saying not to waste the time. But I was talked into trying anyways. To my surprise, I was approved! although $300 is a very very small amount, I happened to only be short $400 for the service needed that day. So this allowed me to pay for the emergency services that day.! my payments were only $30 a month. After three on time payments, my credit score went up 49 points! Now I don’t know too much about how credit works and I’m not sure if Sunbit had anything to do with that, but I do know my credit score before I applied for Sunbit, and then I haven’t done anything since then . I only made three on-time payments to Sunbit. And my score is up 49 points.
