A phone number is required to start the app. Any phone number from the United States is rejected as invalid. So app is completely unusable!

This app is so glitchy, I can’t even get past the signup process. Everytime I enter my card info, take a pic of the card, then take a pic WITH the card, I do the same with my ID, then it sends me back to taking pics of and with the card, then back to doing it with the ID again like a never ending cycle. I don’t understand why I have to keep uploading the same thing over and over. Plus on top of that it’s not reading things properly and keeps glitching. This app is horrible. Do not recommend. Use CashApp instead if possible.

I like the concept of the app but the fees that’s included within it is outrageous, there is absolutely no way I should be charged a whole 2 dollars just to add money to my account,  Charged an arm & leg to withdraw it, The cash advance feature never worked from I had this app,

It really is ridiculous with Al the high fees, but convenient for top up & bill pay at the machine if it’s working.

People are using this as a way to scam and withdraw monies out of your personal account. I was scammed out of 2000 dollars this week. I’m not sure how they got my card information but it happened.

On numerous occasions while trying to sign in to the app it gives  an error message which is very inconvenient. So you just have to wait until it comes back up.
