Can’t delete previously installed payees so my list of saved accounts is ridiculously long cos I can’t delete these in the app. And the payment for credit card takes too long to clear so you can max out cards and accounts easily as the payments are not immediate. Also, the new app continues to tell me that peoples account details don’t match in eft payments. The only annoying feature is the “Log in” and “Login as a different user “ fields are far to close and it is very easy to tap the “login as different user” when wanting to Log in. Therefore, can’t login to my bank accounts. Do better, Suncorp. Constantly tells me my credentials are incorrect when they are not. ### 2/5 — Please fix notifications *2026-05-09, version 26.0.0* The app works generally pretty well, although there are very frequently outages which can make transferring money unavailable (tricky on a night out when it’s your round). The main issue though, is that this is the only app where I have troubleshooted notifications on my device and within the app several times, but still never get notified of incoming or outgoing payments. There hasn’t been a solution on the website that has worked and I have the latest version of the app on my iPhone 15. I deposited $2000 into the account and then to buy some materials I tried transferring out, only to be told my account is locked and will he closed in 30 days. Had to wait 1 week to receive my money, I had to fill multiple forms and then was I allowed the money back.
