When the policy does show, finding out last year’s premium so you can compare to renewal costs is more complex than it needs to be - yes, the info is there but it’s almost like Suncorp doesn’t want to make comparison easy. ### 3/5 — meh *2025-07-01, version 7.0.0* so so if it picks up ill add more stars better then others at this point! ### 2/5 — Getting renewal documents *2025-01-15* Downloading documents seems to be forced via email, and this doesn’t work most of the time. In fact the ONLY Suncorp app I can get to work is their one time password generator app. This app IMMEDIATELY CRASHES upon opening and using Touch ID. Have repeatedly reported the ongoing issues to Suncorp IT team and all I ever get is: change your password. When I tell them this is ABSOLUTELY NO FIX they end up giving up and not replying to my emails. If these useless app developers can’t make an app that works then damn well give us a website instead! But they don’t want you to do that. They want to FORCE us to use these useless apps they make. So sick of this from app developers everywhere, not just Suncorp. ### 2/5 — App review *2024-09-28* Although I think the app is good it’s not working. Deleted, reinstalled, nothing. Lost all speedy visual access to our insurances with the error message appearing each time! Not good enough at all! Update: finally after four phone calls/emails, and being shifted around to different people/sections, a fabulous female was able to help straight up. Previous app was better and user friendly. ### 1/5 — Wasted 20 hours talking to multiple people in circles *2024-04-24* It’s been an absolute nightmare to deal with Suncorp this time. Wasted 20 hours talking to multiple people in circles for 3 months and got nowhere. Easter 4.5 hours speaking to 7-8 people about my policy today alone. Why? ### 1/5 — Unable to log in. *2024-04-14, version 4.0.0* Doesn’t recognise my login details. Seriously thinking I have to take my insurance policies elsewhere. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Update required *2026-06-12* I received the message which is common with apps. Takes you to the right page for the update to happen. Then straight back to update required. Try ringing a Suncorp Insurance person for help and you just spend your day on hold. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-04-26, version 10.0.1* This app freezes constantly upon logging in. Very rarely does it ever work. ### 1/5 — App freezing up. User work around *2026-04-13, version 10.0.1* Same problem - Trying to update and renew policies. App froze every time I tapped on one of my listed policies. Gained access to update and renew function by first tapping the ‘Update Policy’ icon at top left of opening screen. Icons at top of opening screen seem to work so long as you don’t tap on one of the policies listed below then screen freezes up again. Not an encouraging start to use of App. ### 1/5 — Frozen screen disaster *2026-04-06* I have to agree with others who have reported problems with this app that render it unusable. I have several vehicles insured as well as home insurance. Each is listed in n the app but as soon as I try to access any info the screen freezes. I have reported this both via the website and on the phone and been told to delete the app and reload it. Each time I have done this I encounter the same frozen screen disaster. Please offer another solution. This is very frustrating, time consuming and the issue remains unresolved. I might have to take my business elsewhere because I can’t conduct my business through this app. ### 1/5 — Won’t update version *2025-07-26, version 5.1.0* Told app needs updating, clicked see update. After logging into both the web and app none of my policies were showing. No after hours contact past 7! ### 1/5 — Renewed policy not on the app *2025-02-13* I was told after about 5 phone calls that my renewed policy would be on the Suncorp Insurance app and it still isn’t.
