They do a beautiful job, and he always looks so good after a grooming. But most importantly, they are very mindful of his injuries and temperament and do not over-stress him. Kindness and patience are definitely there when grooming. I also really like that I can list everything about our dog and how I want him groomed right in the app, and I know the groomer reads the notes because they review it with me every time before they groom him.
