## What is SunDay Fresh Plan?

Planning what to cook every week shouldn't be a chore. SunDay Fresh Plan builds a full week of meals around your household's needs — your budget, your dietary preferences, and the number of people you're feeding — then hands you everything you need to make it happen.

Every week you get:
- A complete meal plan tailored to your household size and budget
- A categorized grocery list, organized the way a store is laid out, with tappable checkboxes to track what's in your cart
- Simple, cook-from-it recipes for everything on the list — no separate recipe hunting
- A plan that regenerates automatically each week, ready before you need it

SunDay Fresh Plan adapts to real dietary needs — allergies, intolerances, and preferences you set once — so every week's plan already fits your family, not the other way around.

We're a small, family-run team who built this to solve our own weekly meal-planning chaos. We hope it makes your week a little smoother too.
