Thanks Sunday Keys! ### 3/5 — Is ok *2026-01-05* What makes everything sound ok is the effects. The instrument they have there generic nothing crazy good. I hate that i can’t used my third party plugins unless you renew your license every year. They don’t give you good pianos but you cannot use yours with the app. I mean you can do a lot with this app but you limit to a year contract. ### 4/5 — Zero customer service *2025-01-16, version 1.8.3* I downloaded the app and made a purchase through the website. I couldn’t download the content no matter what I tried. I reached out to customer support several times and heard nothing back. I now what to cancel my purchase (came with a 14 day money back guarantee) but there is just literally no way to talk to someone to do this. I have tried their phone number (not monitored) and various email addresses and social media channels. ### 3/5 — Glitch *2024-11-03, version 1.8.3* I love this app but recently it has been glitching and mid service it stops working and closes ### 3/5 — Pretty good *2024-09-03* Pretty nice app. The workflow is straightforward, very nice factory sounds and the AI patch builder is a really nice addition. I do have a couple of complaints. Only being able to assign controllers to what you can see on the main menu is puzzling. It would be nice to assign a controller to things like: tremolo speed, envelope attack time, delay subdivision and chorus depth. As of now, we can just turn the delay on and off, but it’s way more dynamic to fade it in and out and change the subdivision while you’re taking a synth lead solo. We can turn the tremolo on and off, but imagine the last chord of the song and the electric piano’s tremolo is gradually slowing down as the chord is fading out. When you can assign controllers to those parameters, you’re not opening up the dialogue box on your iPad, making whatever adjustments which takes your attention away from the keyboard and your band all while you’re trying to play. Another thing is that pitch bend messages weren’t being recognized. I tried different sounds, third party instruments and different controllers. Pitch bend messages were not happening at all. Finally it doesn’t seem like we can load third party effects like compressors, delays, eq’s and so forth. That functionality would be an amazing edition. Overall very nice app. The issues I saw doesn’t make it a deal breaker. I just wouldn’t be able to use this app for all of my live performances until the first 2 issues are resolved. ### 3/5 — GarageBand or Logic Pro Compatibility Needed *2024-09-01, version 1.8.1* I’m a longstanding Sunday Keys customer who’s been patiently waiting for the ability to open Sunday Keys in GarageBand or Logic Pro iOS. This is the only reason for only a star rating of 3. That said, as a longtime Mainstage user, I found the inability to make customizations a bit frustrating. There is no way to customize the Snapshot labels. I’am using an iPad Pro M1. Some months ago the app works fine it does Not crash. I’am paying $120 subscrition and i think developers should fix this error. If they don’t i will cancel the subscrition. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Redeeming songs not intuitive *2025-12-07* I purchased the ultimate license that includes 15 song patch credits but between the website, app, and account, I couldn’t find a way to redeem my songs. I expected this to be a bit more straightforward but unfortunately is not the case. ### 2/5 — Love it yet I’m struggling with it. *2025-10-12* Let me start by saying, I really love the idea behind the app. I am struggling with a couple of things. The iPad version of the app has been crashing and doesn’t work at all since the most recent update in October of 2025. The Mac version has an issue that causes the drone to work and not work randomly. This started when I spent a program changes to trigger the next song. The drone works sometimes and doesn’t work at other times. This happened during a morning service. Very frustrating. I hope this gets fixed so that I can enjoy the benefits of the app again. ### 2/5 — So many opportunities missed *2025-07-13* I just started with the app today and am already greatly disappointed on the purchases. It’s super limited to cost so much. You can’t edit the song specific patches very much at all. Yes the song is in C but if I desire to play a diminished chord, I cannot based on you limiting me to the keys you’ve selected. This is terrible for gospel players! In addition, if I want a patch to stretch across all 88 keys, I can’t do so with the song specific patches. Again lots of limitations! I rather just continue building my own patches. Hate that I wasted the money. This should clearly be stated lol. ### 2/5 — Audio error *2024-09-24, version 1.8.2* I have been using Sunday Keys for a long time, from Ableton to MainStage and jumping on the App when it was released. I have enjoyed using it , however, following the recent update and after updating my iPad to the recent iOS update, the Sunday Key iPad app is no longer working. I’ve been in contact with the team and they are so helpful. I love the patches and the song specific patches it makes it so easy for worship. ### 5/5 — Best purchase for my worship keys rig *2025-11-08* I have been with Sunday keys nearly from the beginning, and it has been the single most effective setup for my keys right now at church. I’m just a hobbyist when it comes to music production, so I always ran into problems when trying to get my DAWs to work smoothly and reliably when I would use them at church. This app was a game changer for me and allows me to use high quality sounds in a very user-friendly manner. I can also use my third party plug-ins so much more effectively and without too much difficulty navigating around. Things just work. I am very pleased with the app and look forward to what further advancements the team at Sunday Sounds will bring in the future. ### 5/5 — Best for direct and pure sounds *2025-08-24, version 2.1.1* I have had this app for half a year and I love the great amount of quality sounds and the opportunities with different combinations of those sounds. My favorite effect to use would be the sequencer and the easy chord effect. These allow me to fill every space with a push of a button making life easier for playing worship.The platform is perfect for a group who does not have much money to invest into an expensive keyboard.Patch building AI is very helpful in difficult situations.Overall very glad I have got this app. ### 5/5 — Loop player and midi monitor *2025-04-11, version 2.0.1* I have been using Sunday Keys for a long time, from Ableton to MainStage and jumping on the App when it was released. I have enjoyed using it , however, following the move to a subscription system, I have not been receiving the recent features because my license expired. There are 2 features I will like to see. 1. Loop player 2. Please add the midi monitor to the main screen and not under midi setting where it’s current hidden.
