We’re happy to assist. ### 4/5 — I love it, but there’s an issue *2025-11-28* Sunday river is the best mountain in the east! This app is very helpful, and the positivity of Team Snow is very uplifting! There is one issue however, this year, the app says that we have had one inch of natural snow this year. (It’s the beginning of the season FYI) And then when I press “Current conditions,” it says we have 3 inches this season. It’s just a little confusing, and I feel as if everyone should be able to see, and know the conditions without any confusion. Other than this, the app is flawless! It’s really great. I can look at trails and rentals and all the stuff I need. As a 7 year gold season pass holder who comes up every weekend in the winter I always want to see what’s open and what activities I can do before my trips. It’s great. This app has it! Some criticism I have is that when you look at what trails and lifts are open. Tell you how many of them are open like the website. Also, some loading times are long even when I’m in a location with good reception and wi-fi. That’s really all that brought this review down to four stars. The update to allow people to record their trips is cool, but it breaks the app. When trying to access the “Resort” portion of the app, it is literally just a blank screen. Pain in the butt to purchase anything. ### 2/5 — Tracking feature stopped working *2020-01-19, version 2.4.2* Love the concept and fun while it worked but disappointed b/c the tracking screen has stopped working. I keep pressing start and nothing happens and then have to close out of app b/c it it freezes all other functions. I do like the layout of the app very much tho. Also lists places to eat, shop, ex in the resort. It gives you updates on the mountain, snow conditions, tells you if they got powder, and lift conditions. You can also view a trail map that shows the opened lifts and trails.
