Times live is working but the e edition doesn’t load. 2nd week already of receiving the print edition, but no access to the e edition as promised. ### 1/5 — Unable to download the paper *2020-04-27, version 4.9.11* Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. You spend the whole Sunday trying to download the paper. I keep getting a “requesting delivery” message. ### 1/5 — Poor application *2020-03-08, version 4.9.11* While it shows the Sunday Times front cover, it refuses to download the newspaper on the iPad or iPhone. The only thing that’s seems to work is the login. It’s a waste of time trying to use this app if you want to read the newspaper. But if you want to see the front page advert of past and current editions, it’s great. Save yourself some frustration and skip the download. The call Centre advice is to delete and rate-load the app, that doesn’t work either.
