I built Sunday Unplugged because I kept losing my Sundays to the scroll. I didn't need another tracker telling me I had a problem. I just needed one day back.

WHY SUNDAY?

Sunday has always been the day to rest and reset before the week begins. But somewhere along the way, the scroll took over. Sunday Unplugged gives it back.


HOW IT WORKS

Choose the apps that pull you in. Social media, news, games, whatever steals your Sundays. Every week, starting at midnight, they're gently blocked until the day ends. No daily decisions. No override temptation. Just your Sunday, protected.

When the week returns, your apps come back with it.
