## What is sundaymood?

Sundaymood is a private infrared sauna and cold plunge studio in Pererenan, in the Canggu area of Bali. Every visit is 75 minutes in your own room, with your own infrared sauna and your own cold plunge. No group classes, no shared space.

The Sundaymood app is the fastest way to book a session and see live availability.

In the app you can book 75 minute private sauna and cold plunge sessions,  and browse live availability. You can add Plus One or Plus Two to bring guests, reschedule or cancel within our 6 hour policy, and view your session history.
Every private room comes with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, rainfall shower,
changing area, towels, robes, and cold drinking water. Just bring your swimwear.

We offer:
Single Session (75 minutes)
Morning Promo (sessions starting 8am to 10:15am)
5 Pack and 10 Pack for regulars

Monthly Membership (30 sessions per month)
KITAS Holder Membership for Bali residents (30 sessions per month)
Plus One or Plus Two add ons to bring up to 2 friends, paid at studio
Find us at Jl. Sempol No. 28, Pererenan, Kec. Mengwi, Bali. Open daily from
8:00am to 10:00pm. Free parking on site.

Locals from Canggu, Pererenan, Berawa, and Seminyak come for recovery and
contrast therapy. Visitors find us in town from Ubud, Kerobokan, and further
afield.
