Sunflow is the app you want in order for you to avoid these risks! With this, you can have this data in the Health app and thus know how long you are exposing yourself, being an alert to take more care and eventually prevent yourself further. 3.1.1. **Integration with Health App:** The app saves all data from an exposure "session" in Apple Health, allowing you to share sun exposure data with family members via Apple's Health Sharing. 3.2 When you are exposed to the sun and the app identifies that more than three hours have passed, with a notification system, Sunflow will remind you to reapply sunscreen to be more effectively protected, as sunscreen tends to lose its effectiveness after three hours of application.
