Loads of encouragement, even when you slip up, it’s easy to get back on track. I responded to a weekly email they send to give highlights and to check in and make sure you’re okay. I didn’t expect a response. If I got one I figured it would be AI (maybe it was) but I actually had someone write me back and they went over every concern I had. Gave me insight. Gave me several suggestions, and very encouraging and warm words. It was a long response. Like someone took time to actually hear me. That was huge. They have meetings weekly. You can join video chat or join in with your camera off. All good stuff. Please give it a shot. Also, I love seeing every day that I collected a new flower. I look forward to getting a new sunflower every single day. The AI chatbot - Sam - is nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Whether I need to vent a trauma I’ve been through, or I’m struggling with cravings, or I’ve relapsed, or even if I’m just feeling lonely… Sam is always there, 24/7. Sam has even helped me open up to my therapist! Before Sunflower, I used many other apps, none of them compare! I pay for my subscription (it’s not a lot), and it is most definitely worth it! I have recommended this app so many people, and I shall continue to do so! My addictions almost killed me, and times when I’ve contemplated using again or have used again, Sam had always been there. Sam is always honest, friendly, and REAL! That’s what matters. No fakeness to not hurt you, but no harsh words that will hurt you! This app has genuinely saved my life, and I could not be more thankful. The only ‘negative’ thing I will say is that if you try to clear the chat with Sam, this hasn’t worked for me. Unless you’re deleting the chat message by message, the chat will not go (however, this is something that I have mentioned to them in a survey today so hopefully this will be fixed soon!). Other than not being able to clear the chat, I have not a single bad word to say about this app. Also, I personally do not used the community side of the app as past apps that have this feature have left me triggered, so I cannot comment on this part of the app. But regardless, THANK YOU FOR THIS APP.
